The 2018 Château Lagrange is a classic Saint-Julien with impressive depth, structure and elegance.
Made predominantly from Cabernet Sauvignon, with Merlot and Petit Verdot, it offers aromas of ripe blackcurrant, blackberry and plum, alongside subtle notes of cedar, tobacco and spice. The palate is full-bodied and beautifully balanced, combining concentrated dark fruit with fine, polished tannins and refreshing acidity. A touch of oak adds complexity without overpowering the fruit.
With its excellent structure and long, persistent finish, this is a wine that will reward further bottle ageing, but is already drinking beautifully. A superb choice for lovers of refined Bordeaux.
