The 2019 Château Meyney is a superb expression of Saint-Estèphe, combining power, elegance and classic Bordeaux character.

Situated on an exceptional gravelly terroir overlooking the Gironde, Meyney produces wines with impressive depth and structure. This vintage offers enticing aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry and plum, complemented by subtle cedar, tobacco and spice. The palate is rich and concentrated, with beautifully integrated tannins, fresh acidity and a long, savoury finish.

Already approachable, it will develop further complexity with careful cellaring. A fine choice for lovers of classic Left Bank Bordeaux, particularly alongside roast beef, lamb, game or mature hard cheeses.
