AKA baby Sassicaia, this is a polished, expressive Super-Tuscan that blends 60% Cabernet Sauvignon with 40% Merlot, from the prestigious Bolgheri region by Tenuta San Guido.

This wine delivers a vibrant tapestry of aromas: wild and ripe red and black berries, Mediterranean herbs like sage and rosemary, and whispers of tobacco and cedar. On the palate it’s full-bodied yet elegant, with smooth tannins, a fresh acidity, some minerality and a saline edge that lends energy and persistence. 

It’s enjoyable now with care—especially paired with roasted meats or hearty pastas—but its structure suggests it will age gracefully over 8-10 years.
