From the moment you see the 2023 Lytton Springs Magnum, you know it is something special. This organically-grown estate field blend features 76% Zinfandel, with Petite Syrah, Carignane, Alicante Bouschet, and Mataro.
The nose offers aromas of raspberry, pepper, licorice, and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, black cherry and plum are balanced by supple tannins, bright acidity, and a mineral undertone. The finish is layered and lingering, with notes of garrigue and black tea.
This magnum earned 95 points from Wine Spectator and was named a “Hot Wine.” It shines now and will age beautifully through 2035.
Offering excellent value, it is perfect for everyday sipping or special occasions.
