This organically grown field blend (76% Zinfandel, 14% Petite Syrah, 7% Carignan, 2% Alicante Bouschet, 1% Mataro) opens with aromas of raspberry, pepper, licorice, and a hint of vanilla.
On the palate, black cherry and plum unfold over supple tannins, bright minerality, and refreshing acidity. The finish is long and layered, with notes of garrigue and black tea.
