This 2025 vintage shows a delicate pale pink colour and an aromatic bouquet of rosehip, fresh red berries, and a hint of citrus zest. Made from Grenache, Cinsault, and Rolle, it delivers a dry, crisp palate. Lively acidity balances the wine, while a smooth, lingering finish completes the experience. Stainless steel fermentation with lees stirring preserves its bright, fresh character.
