The 2024 Cervaro della Sala from Antinori is one of Italy’s most iconic white wines, blending predominantly Chardonnay with a small proportion of Grechetto.

Produced at the historic Castello della Sala estate in Umbria, it offers elegant aromas of ripe peach, citrus, white blossom and subtle vanilla, complemented by delicate notes of toasted hazelnut and flint. The palate is rich yet beautifully balanced, combining vibrant freshness with a creamy texture and refined oak integration. A long, complex finish highlights its exceptional quality and ageing potential.
