This wine comes from 100% Chardonnay. It shows crisp apple, ripe pear, and subtle citrus flavours. Gentle minerality adds freshness and precision. Careful oak ageing brings a light creaminess and added depth.

The 2021 vintage faced frost and cool conditions. Even so, the wine shows impressive elegance and resilience. Bright acidity lifts the palate and keeps the wine balanced.
