What are your opening hours?
We are open Tuesday to Saturday from 11:00 to 19:00. We are closed Sundays and Mondays

We are a local charity who are looking for raffle prizes or sponsorship, can you help?
We do get inundated with requests for donations and we will consider each on a case by case basis.

Do you deliver?
Yes, we do. We deliver locally free of charge on a Monday after 11am.
The remainder of the week, we will partner with DHL and delivery charges will depend on the weight of the consignment.
I am receiving emails from you that I don’t want, can you stop please?
We are very sorry if you get unsolicited emails from us. We only use information provided to us at the point of sale or online orders.
Please email [email protected] and we will remove you from our list.
Do you hire out glasses?
Not at the moment I’m afraid.
Can I return bottles?
If the bottle is still sealed and is in a resaleable condition (label is intact and nothing is damaged), that’s fine, just hang on to your receipt as proof of purchase.
If the bottle has been opened, email us at [email protected] with a short description of the issue and we will let you know how to proceed.
Are you a wine bar? Can we drink in the shop?
I’m sorry, but we are not a wine bar. We always have wines open so that you can try before you buy and these are rotated regularly.
Do you host tastings?
We have monthly themed tastings in store which are hosted by the expert team at Casa Martinez and there will be charcuterie and cheese platters available.

Can we park?
There is on road parking available outside the shop and no parking restrictions are in force, however, please do respect our neighbours and do not block their driveways.

I have questions about wine, can you help?
Absolutely. Our store manager has years of experience in the trade and has his Wine and Spirit Education Trust Level 3 qualification and is always happy to answer any questions that you might have.
