The Hensol Castle Blood Orange Zest Gin is a standout citrus-led flavoured gin with genuine craft appeal.

Distilled in the Vale of Glamorgan  from the house Welsh Dry base, it’s lifted by fresh Mediterranean blood orange peel distillate that gives bright, tangy citrus and lemon notes without losing core juniper structure. On the nose and palate you’ll find vibrant blood orange balanced by subtle floral and warming cassia bark complexity, finishing with a refreshing, slightly tart bite.

It is superb both neat in a G&T and as a lively ingredient in cocktails like a Blood Orange Negroni.
