The Hensol Castle Welsh Dry Gin is commended for its distinctive craft heritage and terroir-driven profile.

Distilled in small copper pot batches at the historic Hensol Castle in the Vale of Glamorgan, it’s juniper-led with bright citrus and meadow floral notes, thanks to 11 locally sourced botanicals including lavender, marigold and jasmine from the castle gardens. The palate shows a balanced interplay of spice and gentle sweetness, with a long, elegant finish that stands up beautifully in a classic G&T or elevated serves.
