The Hensol Castle Spiced Rum, is a refined, craft-driven spirit from the cellars of a 400-year-old Welsh castle.
Built on a triple-distilled Caribbean rum, the spirit is distilled a fourth time with Madagascan vanilla and an array of exotic spices — citrus peel, spiced berries, cinnamon and nutmeg — then mellowed with pure Welsh water for balance and texture. The result is smooth and layered, with rich caramel and dark chocolate sweetness underpinning bright citrus and warm spice notes.
At 40 % ABV, it works beautifully neat, over ice, or as a premium base for mixed serves, offering approachable complexity and versatility for spirits lovers.
