The 2023 Block 5 shows the hallmarks of a top-tier Central Otago Pinot — it offers a seamless, finely balanced nose and immediate sense of elegance.
On the palate it builds subtly yet expansively, like a “peacock’s tail”: complex, harmonious layers of dark cherry, ripe plum and forest-floor herbiness merge with spice and a mineral undercurrent.
