We are delighted to present Gérard Bertrand Gris Blanc Rosé, a pale‑pink gem from the Pays d’Oc region (IGP). Crafted predominantly from Grenache in the sun‑drenched Roussillon vineyards nestled between the Mediterranean and the Pyrenees.
Lightly pressed and fermented at cool temperatures, it’s aged on fine lees to enhance texture and preserve its delicate aromas . On the nose, expect fragrant notes of wild berries and subtle florals. The palate is fresh and slightly effervescent, with crisp red‑fruit, a mineral finish, and perfect balance .
Serve chilled (10–12 °C) with shellfish, Mediterranean salads, mild curries or simply as a refined aperitif—ideal for elevating any occasion.
