The 2023 Sunset Rosé from Château Ksara is a vibrant, dry rosé that makes a captivating addition to our summer lineup.

Sourced from high-altitude Bekaa Valley vineyards, this blend of 60% Cabernet Franc and 40% Syrah bursts with aromas of strawberries, raspberries, and subtle spice, framed by a delicate mineral undertone. On the palate it’s clean and lively: round entry, crisp acidity, and a fresh finish that pairs beautifully with Mediterranean dishes, grilled seafood or light salads.

We recommend serving it chilled (8–10 °C) to highlight its vivid coral‑pink hue and vibrant fruit character.
