A fine, intense nose opens with zesty lemon, freshly baked patisserie notes and fleshy white orchard fruits, leading to a round yet vibrant palate framed by vibrant mineral tension and subtle salinity. Orchard fruit compote and flinty nuances weave through, while the finish is refreshingly crisp and pithy.

This Chardonnay from old vines strikes a lovely balance of elegance and structure, making it an excellent choice for seafood, creamy poultry or simply as an aperitif.
