From Lebanon’s historic Bekaa Valley comes the 2023 Château Ksara Blanc de Blancs, a polished white blend of Chardonnay (≈60 %), Sauvignon Blanc, and Sémillon.
Pale straw in hue, it offers an elegant bouquet of white flowers, tropical and orchard fruits—think pineapple, pear, a hint of hazelnut and spice—with subtle oak entwined. On the palate, crisp acidity drives a structured yet creamy texture, with refreshing minerality and a clean, persistent finish.
At 13 % ABV, it balances finesse and freshness beautifully. Perfect lightly chilled as an aperitif or matched with seafood, shellfish, salads or soft cheeses.
