Made exclusively from Viura grapes grown in the historic Capellanía vineyard—planted in 1945 and situated at 485 metres on the Ygay Estate—this wine reflects both heritage and craftsmanship.
It spends 23 months in new French oak barrels, followed by 13 months in concrete vats, allowing it to develop remarkable depth and character. On the nose, it offers a layered bouquet of white stone fruit, toasted almonds, and delicate floral notes. The palate is full-bodied and creamy, yet remains vibrant and fresh, thanks to its lively acidity and long, mineral-driven finish.
