An exceptional Rioja Gran Reserva from Bodegas Muga. The 2015 Rioja Gran Reserva Prado Enea is a masterful blend of Tempranillo, Garnacha, Mazuelo, and Graciano, aged extensively in oak barrels and bottle for optimal maturity.
It exhibits a deep garnet color and an aromatic bouquet of dried fruits, spices, and earthy undertones, with hints of leather and balsamic. On the palate, it is full-bodied and impeccably balanced, with fine tannins and a long, sophisticated finish.
Ideal for pairing with rich dishes, game, and mature cheeses.

Reserved and polished, the 2015 Rioja Gran Reserva Prado Enea with great class and focus. It’s so aromatic,with plum, peach, cherry and cedar character. Salted olives, too. Medium-to full-bodied with very fine tannins and a long, fresh finish. Elegance with power here. Give it three or four years to open, but already impressive. 97 points James Suckling
