The 2023 Roycello Fiano from Tormaresca is an elegant, coastal expression of Fiano from the Salento IGT in Puglia.

Pale straw yellow with subtle green highlights, it opens with a finely tuned nose of citrus (grapefruit, pomelo), white stone fruit (peach, apricot), melon, delicate florals like lavender and jasmine, and even hints of exotic touches. On the palate it is dry, crisp and lively, with impressive freshness and a zesty acidity balancing a savoury, almost saline edge. The texture remains clean, the finish elegant and persistent.

Very food-friendly; ideal with shellfish, fresh fish or lighter cheeses, and excellent value.
